During your complimentary consultation, we only have one goal — understand your goals and concerns and recommend treatments that conform to your desires and budget. You can think of the consultation as a casual conversation with girlfriends over a glass of wine.

After the consultation, we design a personalized treatment plan for you. The word “personalization” is quite a buzzword in the aesthetic industry, but we truly stand by its principles. We believe that you are unique, and we take the time to curate treatments that elevate your natural beauty.

Lisa Gifford, RN
Lisa Gifford, one of the owners of Joli Beautique, is an incredibly skilled and compassionate registered nurse with over 30 years of experience caring for patients in a variety of medical settings. Lisa was originally an art major before becoming a nurse; She has always had an eye for creativity and a passion for beauty.
Lisa officially became a certified cosmetic nurse and injector in 2017, following a lifetime dedicated to beauty, skincare, and the subtle art of aging gracefully. She believes that cosmetic treatments are anything but skin-deep — they empower women to own their confidence and self-assurance. Joli Beautique is the culmination of her innermost aspiration — helping women retain their youth and reveal their innermost beauty.
“There’s an art to looking lifted and not filled,” says Lisa. She believes in amplifying your natural beauty by balancing and enhancing your natural features, not altering them. Lisa’s motto is: “Only you will know but everyone will notice.” She helps you look “timeless” but not “plastic.”
Lisa is constantly learning and training on the newest and safest techniques in the industry. She is currently a member of the International Society of Plastic and Aesthetic Nurses and the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She’s actively working to become a Master Injector and is very passionate about her skill.
Joann Baer
Joann is the co-owner of Joli Beautique and has spent 30 years of her life in retail. Whereas some people think of retail as simply straightening racks and tagging clothes, Joann sees it as an opportunity to inspire women to love themselves as they are in their own skin. She recognized the need in her community to create a safe space for women of all ages and sizes to shop together. Moms, daughters, sisters and friends can all shop at Joli Beautique and find that perfect outfit, regardless of size and age. There’s nothing Joann loves more than having a customer step out of the fitting room wearing an outfit she never thought she could pull off… and suddenly she loves herself again.
Joann is a wife and mother and is in business with her cousin, so family matters to her. Her goal, as you enter Joli Beautique, is to create a long lasting relationship with each and every one of you and that when you leave, you know you’re part of her family.
Nicole Gifford
Nicole Gifford is a licensed medical aesthetician at Joli Beautique. As someone who’s always had a passion for skincare, Nicole educates the importance of choosing the right medical grade skincare products and treatments that contribute to the transformation in your skin appearance and prevention of early signs of aging. Nicole strives to provide each client with result-focused skincare and treatments to improve their overall skin health and well-being.
Trish
Trish has been a registered nurse for over 30 years, working in several different medical settings. She is a caring, compassionate nurse, mother, wife, and grandmother. Trish is dedicated to her family and her profession of helping others.
Trish is a member of the American Academy of Facial Esthetics. She cares about inner beauty and health as well as creating beautiful faces. She loves making people feel more confident and happy! Please welcome Trish to our team!
